1. My winnable game is having 5 clients and an income of $1250 + per month by the end of March.
2. I am very excited and nervous about my objective of income and clients.
3. Why is this a winnable game now. I have the incentive to make a change now. I love coaching – I always feel so energized when I am finished with a coaching call. I feel like I am finally doing what I was born to do.
4. I am a Personal Leadership coach. I guide people to become excellent leaders in their own lives.
5. How have I earned the right go coach this game?
a. I was raised in a very controlling sexually abusive home and I have become a leader in my own life now.
b. I am the mom of 16 beautiful children (11 of which were adopted out of abusive homes) that are all growing up to
be amazing individuals.
c. I have an extensive history working in corporate America and currently I work at Drug Rehab Center and train Foster/adoptive families for the state of Idaho.
d. I have been married to the man that I love for 20 years.
6. It feels good to answer the questions because it is giving me a clear picture of what I want to create and where my strengths are.
7. The interview assignment is going awesome. I decided I wanted to push myself with who I am interviewing. What an amazing experience I have had so far. I have contacted people that I had business card from but never felt I had a good EXCUSE to call. One individual revealed a challenge that he was having that was in line with what another coach (in our Business Academy class) had a program for so I was able to make a referral. Another individual emailed me a book named “Multiple Streams of Coaching”. She said the author Andrea Lee used to work with Leonard Thomas at Coachville. I have a couple of interviews to go but thus far it has been very informative.
8. What I enjoyed most about session #2 was it pushed me to own my “Coaching” as a real profession now. I declared to my group my focus of coaching and why I earned the right to coach in that particular area. I also realized that it was now time to move forward.
9. What Challenged me the most in session #2 was declaring how many paying clients I will have by the end of March and how much revenue I will be receiving from coaching. This is challenging because even though I feel I have been coaching my whole life, I have never charged money. Asking for money is a whole new ball game for me. People love my coaching when I give it freely but “Will people really pay for it?”, “Do people really have money for coaching?” “Can I really find paying clients?” These are the challenging questions that pop up in my mind.

1. Winnable game: Lay one part of the foundation for the bigger picture: work with 5 pro bono clients to gain experience and then 5 paying clients. Get graphic art for workbook done and workbook printed by March 31st. Get 5 paying clients that can start by April 1st. Develop community contacts.
2. Clear specific objective actually helped to clarify the direction and actions I need to take and are a little sooner than I had anticipated and force innovation.
3. It’s winnable because I can handle 5 clients at a time with my schedule and develop 5 more paying clients for a follow on time frame. Homework naturally creates community contacts. Also just enough time to develop the finishing polish on workbook(with outside expertise and hopefully a cooperative printer).
4. My A game is: I coach people to put Life Skills on autopilot so they can relax and enjoy their life. Integrating the Will, the Mind, and the Spirit to progress from working hard to working smart to working with ease.
5. I have been at each level from working hard to working smart to working with ease and developed a philosophy and method for Body/Weight, Time, Money, Home Environment that nurtures, Relationships, and Discovering your work in the world. Not claiming to have all the answers by any means but enough for instance to guide people who know how to lose weight, to keep that result ,and free up their attention for enjoying their life.
6. It seems fairly bold but the truth is I do live this and I’ve thought about the process in depth and I see a real hunger for people to enjoy their life and trust that they can hold on to their wins on more than a temporary basis and without working soooo hard.
7. I like the interviews. I’ve noticed how empowering it is for people to talk about themselves and how they get clear just by articulating in a welcoming space. Also provides a range of challenges and needs that people have that is illuminating for me. I was a little confused though about which game I was supposed to be interviewing for: the business game I’m playing, or the one I want to coach? I ended up doing a little of both.
8. What I enjoyed most was the challenge of trying to fit this into my schedule and how that invites creative solutions. The concepts and focus help me to think outside the box, see where the stream is flowing, and just put myself there.
9. Most challenging is definitely the amount of homework.
