Coach Dan has taken the journey from 30 year entrepreneur to keynote speaker to coach with stop offs to write two books. He built five successful companies from scratch and one failure where he says he learned most of his lessons. During his time building companies, he met over 1500 weekly payrolls.
As a keynote speaker, Dan has addressed national audiences about attitude, customer service and sales. He was named the Indiana Speaker of the Year by the National Speakers Association and served as President of the NSAI.
Starting from scratch as a coach to avoid much of the travel that speaking required, Dan coached 100 sales professionals and small business owners to earn the Certified Experienced Coach designation through the School of Coaching Mastery and currently maintains a full time coaching practice doing mostly in person-coaching. In addition he has started two group coaching programs called The Achiever’s Alliance and does a radio broadcast on BlogTalkRadio. Four times a year he conducts an all day sales retreat called Business Build 100.
Dan continues to write books and CD programs at his home in Fort Wayne, Indiana and speaks about 15 times a year.
