Question #1 – Listen to Terri Z make sense of all the “certification stuff” – Really Good Answer! Terri says this answer either makes her very popular or unpopular. My vote is that today’s answer really made lots of sense! You can download the archive of this call either at
Coachville or at
Coachville’s Caffiene page on Blog Talk Radio. Here’s the good news – You can be a successful coach while certifying as a coach! The graduation process is developed around many hours of coaching prior to certification.
What is question #2? You’ll have to listen to the show archive!
Tune in to hear Vince Hase and Coach Tech Minute! Managing the Email Monster so it doesn’t Manager you!
Terri Z turns it around and asks us a question – What’s was the most unique coaching experience you’ve had? Margie in Arizona joins the conversation with a story of how she coached a client through a grief ritual.
You can download the archive of this call either at Coachville or at Coachville’s Caffiene page on Blog Talk Radio. Get your questions ready for next week – next time on THURSDAY.
Do you have questions about
- building a practice
- entering a particular market (e.g. corporate coaching, relationship coaching, celebrity coaching, etc)

One of the scientists, researchers, and teachers featured in the award winning film, “What the BLEEP Do We Know!?,” Dr. Dispenza is often remembered for his comments on how a person can create their day, and is the guest of our show today.
His new book, Evolve Your Brain: The Science of Changing Your Mind connects the subjects of thought and consciousness with the brain, the mind, and the body. The book explores “the biology of change.” That is, when we truly change our mind, there is a physical evidence of change in the brain. As an author of several scientific articles on the close relationship between the brain and the body, Dr. Dispenza ties information together to explain the roles these functions play in physical health and disease. His DVD series, Your Immortal Brain, looks at the ways in which the human brain can be used to affect reality through the mastery of thought.
He has taught thousands of people how to re-program their thinking through scientifically proven neuro-physiologic principles. As a result, this information has taught many individuals to reach their specific goals and visions by eliminating self-destructive habits. His approach, taught in a very simple method, creates a bridge between true human potential and the latest scientific theories of neuroplasticity. He explains how thinking in new ways, as well as changing beliefs, can literally rewire one’s brain. The premise of his work is founded in his total conviction that every person on this planet has within them, the latent potential of greatness and true unlimited abilities.

Coach Carmen Cordova Rolan takes on the challenge of translating all the classes into Spanish and to build a satellite school outside of the US! Wow was a HUGE dream!
Two years ago, after certifying as a Coach, she realized there were not many coaches in Pueto Rico and not much coach training available in Spanish. This January 2008 Coachville Espanol opened. Coach Carmen holds live classes all over Latin America teaching the methods brought through Coachville.
There is a Global need for coaching – statistically speaking fully 1/3 of new members are not based in the United States – that is 30% of the coaches training at Coachville are International.
The first challenge was getting the satellite school certified and now Coach Carmen is translating what she learned in English into Spanish, and is training in both English and Spanish! Listen as Coach Carmen shares her challenges with the translation of the Coachville method to the many Latin American dialects and cultural nuances.

Coach Lillian of Toronto stepped up to the microphone (actually telephone) and became a player on CV Caffeine with the following question:

Coach Dave says this is his “hot button topic” — educating around the notion that “coaching is an intervention for problems.” It’s no surprise that Coach Dave’s answer revolves around the language of play as a tool in answering this question.
You will want to hear how establishing yourself in your community is done with three “attractor factors” which are:
- Your Credibility – What are you known for?
- Your Method – What’s your approach?
- Your “Ooz” Factor – What are you “oozing”? What do people feel from you?
By the time this show is over you will be “oozing” and ready to reach out to your community as a Leader in the Inspiration Economy!
