The environment can either be an obstacle or draw us forward. Our environment can be designed to make creativity and goal achievement a lot of hard work or effortless and easy. It’s important to regularly take inventory of one’s life and do a “clean sweep” to remove energy draining obstacles and open up energy sources that allow creativity to thrive.
This week, Coach Dave interviews coaches who have developed methods and have experience working with clients to clear the clutter of multiple environments to energize the success in other environments.
Monday - Coach Dave will interview Coach Maralissa Thomas who shares “In coaching, what I’ve found is that getting clear in other areas often impacts the success of the area that the client originally focused on.”
Tuesday - Coach Dave speaks with Coach Patty Newbold about a “Guide to clean up your relationship, especially disagreements and unmet needs.”
Wednesday - Coach Maggie McCauley will join Coach Dave to discuss her whole person approach and how she coaches her clients toward permanent change. Maggie will share her program “A New View’s Six Steps To Effortless Organizing–Organizing With Spirit!”
Coach Jennifer Hoffman will share a great, simple process that she uses to help people decide what to clear in their workspace.
Thursday - Listen in as Patricia Clason describes the two inventories that she use in coaching to help people clean-up and clean-out, personally and professionally. Coach Dave will quiz Patty about what she calls “the Cleansing Law of Wealth”
Coach Fern LaRocca will share her expertise in financial planning as she reveals her 7 Steps to Creating Your Own Financial Plan.
Friday – Live Coaching Friday, where Coach Dave will coach a player (Coaches – it’s your turn to be the player!) who wants to engage in a clean up of one of these areas and is willing to talk about it on the air.
This is a perfect opportunity to be inspired with fresh ideas for you and your clients to create environments that stimulate a player to be more fully alive! Whether you listen live or archived – you won’t want to miss out on these calls!

Two weeks ago on Coachville Caffeine Live Coaching Friday Coach Dave took a volunteer from the listening audience. Life Coach Natasha volunteered. She described her biggest game as “Generating Income.”
Natasha is currently doing the following to build her coaching practice:
- Life Coach Business
- Design & Present Personal Development Workshops
- TV Talk-show – on Cable
- Column in Newspaper
Playing the “thriving coaching business” game.
Dave makes the comment that “marketing is like drinking good wine – after a few glasses you are feeling fine, but after too many you may have a serious headache!” His observation is that most people building a Life Coaching Practice are struggling to succeed by playing an un-winable game.
After several questions assessing Natasha’s situation, he describes how to build her coaching business using the C.E.O. method. I invite you to listen to the archived show to find out about the C.E.O. method for building her Life Coaching Practices. Coach Dave gives her homework and invites her back to a follow up session to see how she has implemented “the C.E.O.” into her practice. Listen to their initial Coachville Caffeine Live Coaching session and click below to hear today’s program.

This week on the Caffeine, we continue to explore Coaching Assessments. Today we have three additional coaches discussing Strengthfinder, Enneagram and CORE MAP Assessment Tools.
Craig Jennings (the older, wiser, more experienced looking smiling face in this photo!) quotes Delphic oracle saying “Know Thyself, but many of us are scared! We cannot achieve mastery unless we know our strengths, and develop them.”
Craig’s background has presented him with an amazing variety of experience – everything from commercial diving to a Madison Avenue Advertising Agency – that’s just the life experience. He’s also a graduate of Harvard, did graduate work at Columbia, and spent most of my life in the world of business, working for companies like CBS and Merrill Lynch. Now coaching with entrepreneurs, Craig uses a variety of assessments to assist small business owners in discovering their strengths. Today Craig discusses Strenthfinder Assessment tool.
For over 35 years, Frank Timmons has worked as a Psychologist, Executive Coach, Life Coach, and Spiritual Coach. As a coach, Frank works with executives and other individuals and teams from a variety of backgrounds and settings, ranging from law, investment banking, and real estate development to corporations and non-profits; as a therapist he work primarily with individuals and couples who are struggling with relationship issues and who may be experiencing a variety of symptoms including anxiety, depression, IBS, and sleep difficulties.
Frank uses the Enneagram Assessment Tool. The Enneagram is a model of human consciousness that offers an insightful map for gaining a better understanding of ourselves and others. With “ennea” meaning nine in Greek and “gram” meaning something written or drawn, the Enneagram is a comprehensive and dynamic system of nine distinct personality types and their inter-relationships. Combining traditional wisdom and modern psychology, it describes the inner motivations and worldviews that drive our behaviors – providing a powerful tool for enhancing our relationships and stress management skills. Originally designed as a tool for personal and spiritual development, the Enneagram is increasingly being used in a broad spectrum of organizations for improving communication, productivity, and the quality of staff relationships. You can read more about this assessment tool and Frank’s practice at www.MountainTopCoaching.com
You can view a sample assessment for a small fee at www.enneagramworldwide.com as well as lots of information both paid and free on this using this assessment tool.
