Another intense session.  Today we got down to BUSINESS.  Exactly what do you offer and what is the pice? 

**!! PLEASE share the Game and the  3 P’s of your core offer with everyone.  This will help all of us to clarify our offers and expand our awareness of what we are all doing! **!!

Here is the helpful outline…

 

1) Clearing: The business of coaching.

INVITE the thought: $100,000/year as a Coach is EASY.
Enjoy the feeling of that thought in your body.
Welcome any thoughts, feelings, emotions or memories that support the thought OR seem contrary to the thought.

2) They are investing in themselves with YOU.

What is the return on investment?

3) How to reduce the RISK of the Investment?
With your 3 M’s
Message – Model – Method
A) a MESSAGE that connects and inspires will make them feel safe with you.
B) a business MODEL that has you feeling good about yourself and your business success will give you confidence which they will feel
C) your METHOD gives both of you the certainty that the desired results are attainable and sustainable.

4) The THREE P’s of an OFFER
What do you provide?
What do you promise?
What is the price?

 

KEY POINT: People invest to increase their wealth! So how will coaching with you and playing better increase their wealth in 1 or more of the 9 areas of wealth?

 

5) VALUE (we didn’t cover this in class today and will cover it on Thursday)

Once you establish your offer…
in particular the price,

THEN you put yourself on a QUEST in PURSUIT of VALUE;  What will make coaching with you worth SOOO much more than the price / investment?

How can you add more and more value for the JOY of it.

This session on Wealth really hit a chord with the folks in the class!  It seems most of us have had a very limited perspective on what wealth IS.  The feeling of expansion was beautiful.

1) People INVEST to CREATE WEALTH

You MUST Demonstrate / Display the kind of wealth THEY value in order to look like a good / sound investment for them.  They look at you and think: If I invest in this Coach, I feel confident that I can create the kind of wealth that this Coach seems to have.

When People INVEST, they want a return on their investment.
What is the return? The value to THEM of playing the game better and winning.

When you have a solid method for Coaching you create certainty for potential clients – they feel that “spending time” with you and your service is a good investment.

When people INVEST in Coaching…
The INVEST in themselves AND
They INVEST in YOU as a Coach.

You have tremendous Wealth!
Wealth is the accumulation of VALUE.

Areas of Wealth / Value include:
Knowledge, Experience, Talent
Character, Community, Connection (spiritual)
Health, Finance, Relationship

Welcome the feeling that YOU ARE VALUE

Then welcome any thoughts, feelings, memories, or emotions that may seem contrary to this thought.
Remember times when you felt de-valued
Acknowledge thoughts of Scarcity
Welcome ALL of it to your Wealth Party

Know that every experience you have ever had has contributed to YOUR wealth in real terms.

1) What was the REAL reason you hired me?
2) What was the REAL value of me

5 People: Clients, Former Clients, People you have served in some way.

Step into OWNING your value
Keep playing even when it is NOT easy

Play with a partner using the Wealth Creation Game Form to document your current wealth.

Here is an outline of what we covered…

1) Human Greatness ONLY occurs in the face of challenge!
This program IS challenging.  I know that.
It is designed to challenge you where you are probably weakest: Your Clarity about Who You Coach, How You Coach and the Game you Coach
and next Your VALUE as a Coach.
Clarity is challenging!  Accept that as a truth and vow to keep at it.  Make clarity your quest.
Clarity = clients!
2) Your Credibility Story Matrix
For every element of your coaching method, you need a real life story that demonstrates it.
The story can be from your own life.
The story can be from someone you know that you played the game with.
The story can be from a Player you coached (this is the best kind)
Talking about your method is very powerful, AND it comes to life through your stories.
You must have a story for the following:
1) The Vision / definitions for winning – how they were achieved
2) The Tangible Objectives – a few typical 12- week objectives, what happened and the results
3) The Recurring actions of the game and how you learned or taught them to become a leveraged skill
4) Typical game plans that leverage strengths
5) Typical challenges and how they were overcome.
6) Typical inner game blocks and how you resolved them
7) Typical Environmental design challenges and how you created shifts for sustainable winning
8) Recurring results that lead to an objective being reached.

In session #5 we really delved into our coaching methods.  We continued the challenge of clarity around the game and the method and practiced talking about it.
Let’s collectively face a HUGE truth here: Clarity is TOUGH STUFF.  This is why so few are able to thrive in our profession.

My two  main thoughts for you at this halfway point: 1) KEEP AT IT! and 2) Be EASY with yourself.
Every day on the calls I can here that the clarity is improving.Â
And it comes and goes in waves.  You might feel that it is getting clear, then talk with someone and feel fuzzy again.
This will be a pretty common experience for a little while.

However, EVERY conversation will serve you on your quest for clarity.
Remember: I CREATE as I SPEAK (Abera ca Dabera)

The clearing exercise about being visible = being vulnerable was really powerful and provocative.

1) Being Visible = Being Vulnerable
You have to accept and expect both the pleasure of being seen AND the pain of being seen.

From Deliver to Fulfill.
To BE in business in the Inspiration Economy you must make a promise to provide value in exchange for $.
The KEY is that you FULFILL your PURPOSE while you FULFILL your PROMISE
I AM WORTHY of feeling fulfilled for WHO I AM and the value I add to the lives of others
3) Theory #4: A potential player, will only hire a Coach with more certainty than they have
